  • Improves customer satisfaction and trust.

  • Sets a strong technical foundation for managers, leads, technicians and technical support staff.

  • Instills service focus that keeps your customers satisfied and coming back.

Onsite Classes

We bring our World Class program to your door saving you considerable expense on air travel, lodging, and rental cars.

On-site training saves you money because you don’t travel, pay for hotels, rental cars, or other expenses. Our program comes to you.  All you provide is a large room about 30’x50′ with tables and chairs. We provide all equipment including white boards, inspection equipment, lab iron, handouts, and course completion materials. Students will participate in classes including many hands on labs, with a final exam on the last day.  Classes run from Monday through Thursday.  Classes range from 3 to 4 days and provide field training that you typically have to travel for.  Students learn in one week what it takes 15-20 years to acquire thru OJT and tribal knowledge. Students learn to accurately diagnose component failures and worn parts reducing repeat failures and unnecessary parts replacement expense on diesel and natural gas engines, gas compressors, powertrain components, and hydraulic system components.
What really sets FAS, Inc. apart is our ability to effectively teach communication methods and problem solving skills while tying them both to providing world class customer service. Click a course below to learn more about each.

“This is as good as it gets. You will learn. I’ve been to many manufacturer classes and nothing compares. Highest level of professionalism you will see in this industry. Highly recommend!”

Jacob O. via Facebook

“I really enjoyed taking this training! It was both enlightening and challenging! I learned a lot and it was a lot of fun as well! Jim really knows his stuff. The hands on experience with the labs along with learning what road signs to look will undoubtedly prove most useful!”

Edwin C. via Facebook

“The class was excellent. The course material was very informative and there were many real world examples of failures. The hands on experiences were a great way to apply the knowledge learned in the course material. This class is a must have for anyone in the construction and mining industry.”

James P. – Senior Quality Engineer

“The most informative class I have ever been in. Absolutely a must have for the heavy equipment industry.”
